It is a private vehicle, not a shared ride. The same standards apply as on the cross-border services: insured passengers, disinfected cabin, bilingual driver and a fare you knew before you got in.
For patients who are not driving and should not be
After a procedure, after sedation or simply with an incision that objects to every speed bump, driving a rental around an unfamiliar city is a bad plan. So is standing on a corner in Zona Río trying to explain a clinic address to a driver who does not know it.
Our drivers know the medical districts of Tijuana by name and by entrance. You tell dispatch where you need to be and at what time, and the rest is handled.
Companions, family and the errands nobody plans for
