Round trips are booked as a single reservation, and the return is where our Premium Medical service earns its price: the Medical Lane pass turns the northbound wait from hours into minutes for a patient who is sedated, sore or simply exhausted.
If the procedure runs long, message dispatch. We hold 30 minutes of courtesy wait, and beyond that we bill in clear 30-minute blocks rather than inventing a number at the end.
