Airport Transfers: San Diego, CBX and Tijuana International

Your driver is already at arrivals when the wheels touch down — with your name on a sign, your flight tracked since departure and room for six passengers with luggage.

Three airports, one reservation

Most medical travellers land at San Diego International (SAN) and cross by land, or fly into Tijuana International (TIJ) through the Cross Border Xpress bridge (CBX) from the US side. We work all three, and we know how each one behaves: which curb the driver can legally hold at, how long the CBX walkway takes with luggage, and where the Tijuana terminal drop-off actually is.

Whichever airport your itinerary uses, it is a single reservation with a published fare. From San Diego, including the airport, one-way transportation starts at $105 USD for the patient plus one companion.

Flight tracking, so a delay is our problem and not yours

Give us the flight number when you book and dispatch monitors it from departure. If you land ninety minutes late, the driver is rescheduled and still waiting — you do not pay a waiting charge for an airline's delay, and you do not have to call anybody from the jet bridge.

For departures we work backwards from your check-in time and we build the border wait into the pickup, not into your stress. Northbound to SAN we plan the crossing conservatively; for CBX we time it around your boarding pass window.

Meet and greet, luggage and the crossing

The driver waits at the arrivals door with a sign, helps load the luggage and explains the crossing before you get in. Six passengers with luggage fit comfortably; if you are travelling with more, call dispatch and we will assign a second unit at a quoted group rate.

If your itinerary is airport to clinic on the same day, tell us the appointment time and we will plan the whole chain — terminal, crossing, clinic entrance — as one continuous service instead of three separate rides.

Frequently asked questions about airport transfers in San Diego

Nothing, as long as we have the flight number. Dispatch tracks the aircraft and moves the driver's window automatically. Airline delays do not trigger the waiting charge — that applies to a passenger who is late, not to an aircraft that is.

At the arrivals level door of your terminal, with a sign showing your name. Dispatch texts you the driver's name, phone number and vehicle description before you land, so you can also call directly once you have signal.

Yes, in both directions. CBX is often the smarter option for a patient flying domestically inside Mexico, and we time the pickup around the bridge ticket window so you are not standing in the terminal with luggage longer than necessary.

Yes, and we recommend booking it as one service. Give us the appointment time and the clinic address at the moment of booking, and we plan the terminal, the crossing and the clinic arrival as a single chain.
