2 · Pick the date and time
Reservations open up to six months ahead. Choose the hour your clinic or airline gave you; we work backwards from it to set the pickup.
3 · Give us both addresses
Pick-up address and drop-off address are required: hotel, home, terminal, clinic or recovery house. Add the flight number or the surgeon's name if you have them.
4 · Pay the 50% deposit
A secure card payment reserves the vehicle and the driver for your window. The remaining balance is settled after the service is completed.
5 · Get your confirmation
You receive the confirmation by email, SMS and WhatsApp with the driver's details and the dispatch number you can write to at any hour.
6 · We take it from there
The driver arrives ahead of the window, helps with luggage, crosses with you and does not leave until the clinic, the hotel or the terminal has received you.
